Description: Managing of the O&M subsidiary of a 120 MW wind farm in Ethiopia. Technical and Commercial management of the subsidiary (HR, Finance, supply chain, contract, subcontractors, HSE). Managing the local staff according to site policy guidelines (50 people). Reporting to the owner’s representative.
