To accelerate our sustained growth, we are opening an:

Internship in Business Development (3 months minimum – 6+ months preferred)

based in our headquarter in the heart of Berlin.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Tracking relevant programs and projects in the renewable energy sector (mostly in Africa, Pacific, Caribbean and Latin America)
• Identifying public tenders in different online databases from international development agencies
• Scouting leads in the private sector (project developers, investors, utilities)
• Identify potential partnering companies and freelancers to build winning teams
• Supporting existing internal teams during bid preparation (methodology, engineering approach, schedule of activities, team composition)
• Identifying networking opportunities (conferences, tradeshows, seminars) and organizing participation (abstracts)
• Creating digital business development content (social network, mailing campaigns)

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering with a Business Developer mind set (or vice versa !)
• Multi-tasking capabilities, ability to work on different projects at the same time without losing focus
• People personality: open-minded, result-oriented, analytical and organizational skills
• Very good (written) communication skills
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
• Fluency in English; German, French and/or Spanish would be a plus
